It was a very wet and cold day. I managed to waddle to the finish about an hour and 10 minutes slower than I had hoped, but I did manage to complete Ironman Wisconsin.
I'm a triathlete and coach for TrainingBible Coaching. Although not a natural endurance athlete, I have had good success at 70.3's (3 age group wins in the last 3 years) and Ironman races (2 age group wins in the last 3 years), by interacting with my TrainingBible Coach.
