I'm a triathlete and coach for TrainingBible Coaching. Although not a natural endurance athlete, I have had good success at 70.3's (3 age group wins in the last 3 years) and Ironman races (2 age group wins in the last 3 years), by interacting with my TrainingBible Coach.
Polly is very proud of her "Sir Paul McCartney" roses. She claims that they are very fragrant, and she's right.
